Land Clearing done properly
Ability Tree Service clears land for residential builds, rural acreage, subdivisions and commercial sites around the Great Lakes, Manning Valley and further afield. We remove trees, scrub, lantana, regrowth and stones, then grind or pull the stumps so the ground is ready to work.
Selective clearing is part of the job too. If you want to keep good shade trees, a windbreak or a stand of native bush, we mark them out with you and clear around them.
All vegetation is chipped on site where possible. The mulch can be spread back on the block for erosion control or carted away.

Do I need approval to clear land?
Land clearing in NSW is regulated and the rules depend on your zoning and what is on the block. Check with MidCoast Council or your planner first. We are happy to talk through what we see on site.
Can you clear around trees I want to keep?
Yes. Selective clearing is common on coastal and rural blocks and we will mark keepers with you before work starts.
What happens to all the timber and scrub?
Most of it goes through the chipper and can be spread back on site as mulch. Large logs can be stacked for firewood or removed.
I called Ability this morning to see if I could get a quote on the removal of two smallish trees and a palm tree. They came within half an hour, and were able to do the job straight away. 20 minutes later they were finished, and they removed all evidence of them having been there. Tidy, professional and prompt.
